- 1 Chicken
- 1 Chicken Broth

Instructions to make Chicken Chowmein
- Boil the desired amount of Chicken in a sauce pan, adding 1/2 tea spoon of Black Pepper and one tea spoon of salt.
- On the other hand, while your Chicken is being boiled, chop or cut into cubes your vegetables. I usually add Onions, Carrots, Capsicum and Cabbage. But you can add any vegetable you want to.
- When your Chicken is completely boiled, shred the chicken into pieces which are neither too big nor too small.
- After finishing with your Chicken and vegetable prep, take a sauce pan filled with water. Boil your pasta/noodles with one tea spoon of salt until pasta is tender, soft and cooked. Make sure not to over cook your pasta, because over cooked pasta looks like a complete mess.
- When you're done with your pasta, drain the water by putting the pasta in a colander. Add cold water and afterwards oil to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Now, take a wok or a pan and add half cup of Chicken broth and around 3 tea spoons of oil. Put the shredded Chicken in the wok and stir so that the Chicken is perfectly cook. Put the carrots along with the Chicken because they're hard and take more time to cook as compared to the other vegetables.
- Then, add around 4 to 5 tea spoons of Soya Sauce and same amount of Chinese Chilli Sauce. The amount can vary, depending upon your own taste.
- After reducing the mixture, add the tomato sauce in a plenty amount to add the flavour you desire.
- Then add the Capsicum and Onions along with the Cabbage. Stir fry until they're tender. Don't over cook them. These vegetables taste good when crunchy and tender.
- Your sauce is now complete.
- Add around 5 spoons of Olive or Sunflower oil and then add the whole pasta in batches so that it is easier for you to mix and have control.
- Now stir it for around 3 minutes. Check the taste and add Tomato Ketchup if it lacks taste.
