- Macerate the meat in ◎ soy sauce, sake, and ginger for about 20 minutes.

- Drain the flavoring sauce from the meat in step 1, coat in katakuriko, and deep fry.

- Cut onions, carrots, and green peppers into easy-to-eat pieces. Caution: Since you are sautéing the vegetables, they will be difficult to cook through if you cut too big.
- Add sesame oil to a pan, and saute the vegetables from Step 3.

- Combine the ☆ ingredients.
- Add the mixed ☆ after the vegetables have been sautéed (the katakuriko will settle to the bottom of the bowl, so make sure to stir it well after adding it).

- Add the deep fried meat from Step 2 to Step 6, mix it together, and it is done.
