  1. Cake sheet:Put egg whites in bowl and whip it when big bubble comes up, divide sugar into three and whip to make meringue in medium speed. Add a strawberry extract and whip to make a pink meringue.
  2. Put the egg yolk in the bowl and loosen it. Then add melted butter, milk and vanilla extract and mix. Add 1/3 of the meringue and mix until combined. Sift cake flour and baking powder into it. Add the remaining meringues and fold until smooth. Pour into an oven pan and using skewer to remove the air bubbles and bake in a 338F preheated oven for 25 minutes. Let it cool and cut into half inch thick sheets
  3. Put the cream cheese in the bowl, gently loosen, then add sugar, yogurt, vanilla extract and mix. Add cream already whipped and mix. Put 1/3 cheese batter into another bowl and adding stawberry extract mix. Pour pink batter into tart sheet and place the cut cake sheet in the middle and pour white batter on top and spread it evenly.let it freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. To servev adding any fruit you like strawberry,(green grapes, grapefruit) and sift some icing sugar on top.
