  11. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  12. 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
  13. 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  14. 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste regular or Italian style
  15. Cottage cheese mixture *
  16. 1 (24 oz) container small curd cottage cheese
  17. 1 (16 oz) container of whipped cottage cheese or small curd
  18. 2 Tablespoons dried parsley
  19. 2 eggs beaten
  20. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  21. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  22. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  23. Cheese layers *
  24. 18 slices mozzarella cheese
  25. 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese divided into 1/4 cups
  26. Topping *
  27. remaining 1/4 Parmesan
  28. 2 teaspoons parsley

Steps to make WOW 🍅LASAGNA 🍽

  1. Pre heat oven to 375°F Boil noodles per direction on box if not useing no boil noodles. Rinse and lay out cooked noodles and set aside.
  2. Cook and crumble ground beef and ground sausage till brown then drain. Return meat to pan and add in garlic powder, minced garlic, onion powder or minced, salt, pepper, sugar, mrs dash and all sauces. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Add a little more salt, pepper, garlic, onion or mrs dash or sugar till desired taste if needed.
  3. Mix cottage cheese, parsley, garlic salt, black pepper, grated parmesan cheese and egg all together
  4. Lightly spray a deep dish 10×13 ×3 inch baking dish with cooking spray can use a 13× 9 inch dish just will be fuller
  5. Spread a little of the sauce mixture in bottom of dish
  6. Lay 4 noodles in dish side by side and top with some cottage cheese mixture. Then lay 6 slices of mozzarella cheese in rows and sprinkle on 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, and then top with sauce mixture. Repeat steps twice.
  7. Sprinkle on remaining 1/4 cup parmesan and and 2 teaspoons parsley
  8. Bake tightly covered with foil that's sprayed with cooking oil. Bake for 1 hour then un cover and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
  9. Let sit for about 20 minutes before cutting
  10. Enjoy with garlic bread and or salad
