  4. Shapping the bun. Ratio for me is
    dough 50g : filling 15g.Perment jt again for 40m or half hour. and for then put on the egg wash. Remember to oregeat your oven at 170degree for 15m and baked at 170degree for 25m or so.depend on your oven.
  5. Serve it warm. The taste of the bun is so delicious because I use coconut milk cream instead of normal milk.
