  1. Preheat oven to180 C. Place a bowl on top of a pot with simmering water and be sure the bottom is not touching the water. Whip (about 5 min) butter, sugar, eggs, honey and cream. In a bowl, mix flour with baking soda and add the warm cream. Prepare a doughand divided it into five pieces (about 19 ounces each). Cover and let rest for about five minutes. No need to put into the fridge because the dough will harden and you will have difficulty to roll it.
  2. On baking paper , roll dough into a pancake about 2-3 mm thick and cut round with a diameter of 53 x 22 cm. You can use the leftoverdough, bake, and then crushed it. Bake about 4 min. Let them cool down.
  3. Prepare the cream:

    Mix together walnut, butter, and caramelized condensed milk (tin cook one day in advance either two hours immersed in water or in a pressure cooker 1Hour and there is caramelized milk. Just 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. DON'T OPEN HOT !! let it cool down).
    Wiping everything together, but do not leave it too much to solidify, because then the cream poorly spread and pulling a lot of the top of the dough. Although it does not matter, but with less stiff with cream works better.
  4. And here we go:

    Mixed together the syrup ingredients. You can use rum aroma if you will have children to eat it.Bottom pancake,just brush with a syrup mixture from above (each painted surface use up about 20 ml syrup), painting cream (before painting the cream is divided into four equal parts and one smaller, which eventually rub the whole honey cake) and repeat the step on the remaining 4 pcs pancake. Finely crushed the leftover dough and mix with crushed walnut( use this to decorate your cake).
