- Meat miso: Pour sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the minced garlic and ginger. When fragrant, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying.

- Meat miso: When the meat is cooked through, add the ○ minced Japanese leek, Shaoxing wine, doubanjiang, and stir-fry some more. Transfer to a plate.

- Add-ons: Boil the bok choy and set aside on a plate. Chop the shirataki noodles evenly into 3 portions and boil for 2-3 minutes.
